Sports offered for Grades 6-8
- Fall: Boys soccer, Girls Soccer, Cross Country, Field Hockey
- Winter: Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Wrestling
- Spring: Baseball, Softball, Boys & Girls Track
- All athletes must register for their sport on Genesis for each season/sport. Under “Forms” click on “PRMS Sports Package” for that Season/Year.
- Parents will be notified via email when sports registration opens each season
- All athletes must submit a Sports Physical Packet to the Health Office in order to participate
- Sports Physicals expire after 365 days
- If your child’s physical is dated greater than one year prior to the tryout date, they will need to get an updated physical.
- The hard copy of the Sports Physical is due 2 weeks prior to tryouts so the District physician can sign off/approve each physical.
- Please ensure your physician has completed all parts of the Physical Packet including the Vision Screening or the Physical Packet will be invalid.
- Once you have registered in Genesis and submitted your Sports Physical you will receive a confirmation email from the School Nurses
