Sports offered for Grades 6-8

• Fall: Boys soccer, Girls Soccer, Cross Country, Field Hockey
• Winter: Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Wrestling
• Spring: Baseball, Softball, Boys & Girls Track
  • All athletes must register for their sport on Genesis for each season/sport. Under “Forms” click on “PRMS Sports Package” for that Season/Year.
  • Parents will be notified via email when sports registration opens each season
  • All athletes must submit a Sports Physical Packet to the Health Office in order to participate
  • Sports Physicals expire after 365 days
  • If your child’s physical is dated greater than one year prior to the tryout date, they will need to get an updated physical.
  • The hard copy of the Sports Physical is due 2 weeks prior to tryouts so the District physician can sign off/approve each physical.
  • Please ensure your physician has completed all parts of the Physical Packet including the Vision Screening or the Physical Packet will be invalid.
  • Once you have registered in Genesis and submitted your Sports Physical you will receive a confirmation email from the School Nurses
