Please send in any doctor notes related to fractures,sprains, strains, and surgeries to the health office.

• Crutches can only be used with a Doctor's order.
• Medical passes will be given for students to ensure they safely travel to and from classes.
• A medical note is mandatory for a student to be excused from gym for more than one day.
