Pond Road Middle School

We are happy to help students with their medical needs throughout the school day. Our office is open from 8 am until 3 pm. Please call us to update or discuss any medical changes including injuries, medications, or new diagnoses.

We will be conducting health screenings on all students throughout the school year. You will be notified via email if your student requires further medical evaluation based on their screening result.
